My name is Kayon Kaliesha Bernard; I am 17 years of age. I was born on the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. My hobbies include dancing, singing, reading, watching the television, socializing with friends and watching people learn and grow. I do not know if anyone else in the world considers laughing a hobby but I certainly do. Reason being is I do it so frequently I might as well consider it a hobby.
I am such a huge fan of children. All my thoughts about having a career were always directed in the field of education. I have had the opportunity to view a wide variety of careers from engineering to teaching to owning a business and even being pharmacist through the help of my family. Nevertheless, I still thought that the field of education was what I wanted because teachers are the most important people in the world. If there were no teachers, there would be no other career.
I strongly believe that with hard work, perseverance and my philosophy, which states “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME” I will make it.
